Terms of Service

We say it straight here too: what we do, what we don't promise, and where our responsibilities end.
Scope of service
We provide security and compliance consulting and support (gap analysis, hardening, certification readiness, audits and penetration tests). We do not issue certifications ourselves: the outcome depends on an independent accredited body or a CPA, depending on the standard.
Limitations and disclaimers
- The certification outcome depends on the accredited body or independent CPA: we do not guarantee the outcome.
- No service makes a system “100% secure”: we reduce risk, we don't eliminate it.
- The content of this site does not constitute binding professional advice until the kickoff of an engagement.
Metadata scrubbing tool
Where offered, the tool removes metadata from documents to reduce unintended information exposure. It is not GDPR anonymization nor “forensic sanitization”: it does not replace a compliance assessment.
Intellectual property
Site content and deliverables are protected by the relevant rights. Details on deliverable licenses and rights will be specified in the engagement agreement.
Liability
Liability limits will be defined in the engagement agreement and in the final, legally validated version of these terms.
